Andrew was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and truly had our best interests in mind. We felt confident every step of the way and couldn’t be happier with our new home. My husband and I recently applied for a home and were told multiple times that we were approved. We were even encouraged to take a photo with the “sold” sign in the yard on the first day we applied, which was confusing since approvals typically take time and follow a formal process. Two days before our scheduled move-in date, we went to view the finished home and were given the keys. After returning to the office, we were unexpectedly told that we were not approved after all. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially after repeated confirmations that we were approved. I recently purchased my first home in this neighborhood, Chris is the person who sold it to us. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the home being built but more importantly he was so incredibly patient with me. I had zero experience in home buying and was scared to death to say the least. He walked me through the whole process and was always willing to give me encouraging words!
