As someone who is in the market to buy immediately, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and professionalism from LGI. I have been trying to get in contact with someone at the Reunion location for a week. I have called endlessly, left my name several times and went to the sales office in person twice. The "office manager" is the only person in the sales office and is "not allowed" to provide any information on the homes. Since attempting to reach someone at Reunion, I have heard from both the LGI Lakeland and Poinciana locations. Although I told the sales agent at Poinciana that her location was too far of a commute for me and I was not interested, she proceeded to set up an appointment with me, in Poinciana, to discuss houses at Reunion because there hasn't been a sales a

Never recommending customer service isn't as great as they seem to be. Be prepared for communication to be erratic and fees to be told to you last minute . Also after you close you have to set up everything yourself and most of it will be delayed but they will expect you to pay

False Advertising, LGI homes post houses prices attractive to home buyers and once you get there to see the house and get price information, then the price rises up due to extremely high HOA fees up to 432 dollars,
