LGI Homes - Logan Square

These are some pictures of our house problems not even 1 year in. They also promised us a community pool and it’s been almost 2 years since we bought this house, still no pool. The 2nd floor creeks and we told the maintenance guys to fix it back then when we had the guarantee and he wanted to nail the carpet down with the wood, we of course refused. The HOA only likes to give warnings and tickets but does not take care of all those cars parked on the street overnight when the rules say you’re not supposed stay parked overnight. Update: barely 2 years in and out fence is already falling (see the last picture)
