First time homeowner I was completely lost not sure of what to do or how to go about it or even sure if I will get approved for home but Daniel and Tristian at LGI walk and talk me through every step of the way they help me with programs and discount to make sure I get approved they went over and beyond for me which I really appreciate it they are available anytime of the day to help you or to answer any questions that I have they took me under their wing and made sure I succeeded without them I will not own my first home ever I appreciate everything Daniel has done does he went above and beyond for me. This is such a beautiful community! The homes are priced really well, they’re offering great incentives, and you’ve got gorgeous amenities close by: Lake El Reno, Adam’s Park, and the golf course. I cannot say enough amazing things about Daniel and Tristan. They have been immensely helpful, professional, and getting to know me on a personal level. Choosing to go through LGI homes and the crimson lake estates was the best decision I ever made and I would highly recommend them 10 out of 10.
