I would like to thank LGI Homes for making the buying experience so fast and easy for my parents to buy their dream home. Anthony Maldonado took the time to go everything about the house, and made clear expectations on when they would be able to close on their home. Let's face it there is alot of options for purchasing a new home. Its overwhelming to be honest. My husband and I have been in the real estate game many times in our 41 years of marriage and what became most important is a home building project using American Made Products as much as possible, providing quality with a good price point and integrity. Let me start by saying this review will be after I have owned an lgi home for over 4 years now. The buying process is streamlined I’ll give th credit where it’s due. During the buying process everyone involved was extremely helpful. Now with that being said the day we closed and got keys my hot water heater required a 500 dollar repair. Bad parts you say? No it was wired improperly properly and it compromised the heating elements. When I submitted for warranty they said it could take two weeks to come out. Unacceptable to start. Then comes the outdoor water equipment. The pressure switch I have had replaced over half a dozen times at this point. Early into owning the home I also did take advantage of the warranty department when it came to the ground around my well pump sinking in. What di

Anthony is a Blessing to myself and my family. I seen the LGI FB link that abfriend of mine liked so i decided to call. I spoke to Anthony and BOOM! 1.5 months later we are in our new home. I closed on my birthday. I couldn't be happier. The experiance theough LGI homes is the easiest and most proffesional way to buy a home. Thank you all who helped us get into our new home.
