Smooth purchase procedure , cooper is very cooperative sales man who updated and sending videos and pictures every Thursday while construction was in process while I was in NJ. Living in house over 3 months . No issue so far . Closing date was as planned . No delays as promised- Construction guy Tom is very cooperative too . Few down thing - kids bathroom tub seems small to me as well toilet size - hopping wifi module to use sprinkler system to use app . No WiFi feature for Honeywell thermostat , can not use household water usage by app system - I would say features are not equipped technically friendly - Rest all is excellent
