LGI Homes - Bunn Farms

This has turned out to be a bad decision on my part. Selling my previous home to move to this community. It has been oversold to investors with renters who take no pride in the community. The HOA does not care yet have no problem taking our (the owners) money. The basketball is an open court for the Locust Grove community not the residents of Bunn Farms who pay to live here. My family and I really hate it here. We’re looking into selling hopefully sooner rather than later if things don’t change soon and some accountability put into place.

I was working with Diego and Dominique throughout my home buying process and the communication and attention to detail was very thorough from start to finish. Nothing in life is ever perfect but Diego made the process pretty much perfect for me and my daughters. Communication was on point and I never felt confused or unsure of what was going on. It has been worth the investment 🥰 Jane was our agent and when I say she is great at what she do . Great customer service and all.. She made the whole transition worth while. She was honest and upfront..The house is everything we have been looking for.
