Really love my new home, everything I wanted in my 1st home purchase. The process was long but bearable because of the support throughout. I love my house, it has great use of space and big rooms compared to the average 3 bedroom home. When we started looking in April 2025 at this neighborhood, my husband and I promised that my homeowner’s insurance and HoA were covered through the year, but shortly after our purchase, our mortgage was sold to another company, so now we have to get it through a company we choose….this is super fun, especially when we were not informed of it being canceled until Aug 11, 2025 and were given 15 days to comply. So, one can imagine the fun I’m having comparing cost and coverage over numerous companies. There are other shortcomings to mention, our carpet had pain on it, one of our door knobs fell off and we were almost in a difficult situation, but by far, the biggest annoyance is either the double

As a first time home buyer, I am grateful for the opportunity to come across LGI homes here at this location. It started with what I wanted in home and doing some research. This area of Caroline County is spot on. My preference, exactly what I wanted, the style, everything. Now the next step was starting the process with visiting the property and meeting the lenders, LGI. When I met Emily, she walked me through the entire process and made it too easy. Never had a problem whatsoever, I was super lucky. From filling out the application, to qualifyi g for mortgage, and awaiting when my home was completed. As inconceivable as this might sound to some, I purchased my LGI home sight unseen. I found myself in an unfamiliar situation that required swift, drastic actions. One February's Sunday evening I met Emily. Without disclosing details, Emily picked up on my urgency. That evening I was told LGI could deliver a house in 90 days, specific date was provided that evening & met by LGI. My physical location was approximately 2 hours from Brookwood. I wasn’t able to physically see the progress of the house. Each Thursday, Emily sent pics of house building progress, kept me updated on next steps, inspection and expectations. Each individual I met during this process was intelligent, personable and patient; including LGIs preferred partner used for mortgage, closing representative, project managers
