Lexington Village

I love Lexington Village! The administrative and maintenance staff are wonderful! Can't say enough nice things about them. Not many children, but most of the other residents are nice. I say that because Hi and Bye, like not a true community where you actually KNOW people, but the apartment itself is gorgeous, spacious hallways if you need a wheelchair or walker. Small enough to clean within a couple hours. Tons of closet space with lighting. The only thing we had to invest in was extra storage for the bathroom and under the sinks. You get a garage and a back door. Very nice for the price. Everything is pretty much included, maintenance, lawncare, even water. Very satisfied!

I honestly don’t know what you’re going to do when Jim and Paul retire! They know how to fix everything!

Lexington Village Apts is perfect for me. I have been a renter here for 3 years now. I feel very safe here, the management and maintenance personal are always here to help you.There kindness is overwhelming. I have made many friends in my village . We have monthly gatherings such as a picnic with hotdogs and all the trimmings or even guessing how many lollipops in a jar. Management trys to bring the people. I have never lived in a apt. before but I have found the perfect home in my later years. My 3 sons are so happy for their mom. Charlotte Carney apt. 52. .Thank you

Walls are incredibly thin. I hear every sound my neighbors make to include normal conversations. Makes me afraid to talk in my own apartment lest I disturb them. The management is incredibly rude and leaves notes on everyone’s door threatening mass punishment if this or that isn’t done. I will be moving as soon as my lease expires.

Just renewed my lease. Great place to live. Staff and Maintenance very helpful and pleasant. Don’t mind inspections and notes on door to maintain apartments. Being proactive is a good thing.
