I’ve really enjoyed living at Lexington so far. My building is very quiet, and I’ve never had any issues with my neighbors. The view from my balcony is great and makes it easy to relax. I also like that water is a flat monthly fee, super convenient if you use a good amount of water for cooking, cleaning, or day-to-day tasks. The office team is always quick to respond whenever you bring up an issue, and they’re friendly and efficient. The maintenance crew is fast too, even the weekend on-call techs, which has been a nice surprise. The pools are more like standing pools, which I personally enjoy since you don’t have to worry about deep ends. They’re a comfortable size for just cooling off and hanging out. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making residents feel at home. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly, and the team goes above and beyond to keep the property clean and comfortable. The community feels safe, quiet, and welcoming. My apartment is spacious with a great layout, and I love how well-kept the grounds are. Parking is easy, neighbors are respectful, and the amenities make everyday living more enjoyable. **this was a few years ago so I’m hoping management has changed but if it has not read this** If you are thinking of living here, please think again. We found black mold in our apartment, told them about it and nothing was addressed or cleaned. Time went by and myself and my cat were very very sick for months and i was pregnant. After requesting again after doing an at home kit, they sent someone out to check for mold, they found it black mold inside our master closet. Their solution to fixing it was to repaint it, not remove the mold and redo the wall completely. Thankfully we were already moving out. The week we were moving out across the way there were kids younger than 14 walking around with guns in their waistband that just moved in it seemed. No parents were around. This was told to
