Lexington Park at Westchase

We moved into our 2 bedroom town home a couple months ago and absolutely LOVE it!!!! It's so spacious and the layout is perfect! I love having a garage attached to our place too. The staff in the office is always so helpful and eager to greet everyone who walks through the door with a big smile. Maintenance works hard to resolve any issues we have and they are always friendly. I'm so happy to see the new management making changes to the complex and we can't wait to see how it looks when they're done!! I'm very happy we chose Lexington park as our home!

Unfortunately, I would like to say that I had a good experience living in this community, but I did not. I only stayed for one year before moving out although I would have stayed longer had my experience been more positive. If you scroll thru everyone else's reviews, they summarize what the majority of the issues and concerns are about living at Lexington Park. I was very disappointed in the overall experience. I completely understand the necessity of the construction and do believe that it will be nice once it is complete. The construction/contract workers that they have hired, on the other hand, are a completely different story. Very very unprofessional and have at times made me very uncomfortable. During my stay here, Jamie, who works in the leasing office was an amazing help. S

It seems the longer you live here, the less they care about you. The gates are always broken, constant shotty construction makes sleeping in nearly impossible. Not to mention the stucco the construction workers got on my car along with the nails left behind to puncture my tires. Maintenance requests go unanswered for 2+ weeks. It took 3 years to get a broken air conditioner replaced. They just continued to repair it, meanwhile the renters get stuck with the ridiculous electric bill from the AC being old and in need of replacement. Not until it literally died and would not turn on, did it get replaced. Let's see how long the dryer takes to get repaired, we're 2 weeks and counting now. Children run unattended in the streets and neighbors display tacky flags over their balcony. I feel like it

I have lived here two years, and while everything is not perfect, this is still a fantastic place to live. The layout of my apartment (a 1-bedroom with a solarium) is great, and there is way more storage than you can find in most comparable 1-bedrooms. The few maintenance requests I have had to make have been taken care of quickly. Kim in the office is always great to deal with, and she handles things quickly and correctly the first time. You can walk to shops and restaurants, and the area has extra wide sidewalks and bike lanes that make exercising enjoyable. My major gripe with the community is that if the entry gates break, it seems to take a really long time for them to be fixed. Otherwise, I have found this be a really good place to live.

My fiancé and I moved here from out of state. We toured a ton of apartments in the West Chase area and decided on Lexington Park. We loved the new updated look in the apartment for the price. We were both super excited to live here. When we moved in, we lost all excitement. We have encountered multiple problems and the staff here has failed to help with the problems. Problems are listed below... 1) The buildings are all under construction. We were told when we toured that this construction would be done at the end of July. Obviously construction never seems to be done on time, but this will probably take all year to finish. 2) Construction workers are pigs and are very dirty. They leave garbage out all over. 3) Pool number 2 gates lock when they shouldn't be locked. Even during the day. 4)
