I had a great experience during my property tour. The staff was very helpful, respectful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They made the whole process feel comfortable and welcoming, and I really appreciated their professionalism. The tour was informative and gave me a great impression of the property. I signed my lease a few days ago, all thanks to Ash and Karla. I met them at the Santa Fe housing fair and they were just so nice! When I came in to ask questions that same day, Abdulah and Bree were very helpful too! This is such an amazing team, and they were really able to make my transition smooth for the fall! They are all such friendly, kind, and fun people!

Fairly quiet community. In 3 room apartment. Loveseat and 75 inch TV fits. Along with bed and study desk. Full bathroom joined to room. No sharing. Full closet with metal sleeves. Roommate pairing not bad. I requested to be with quiet roommates. I could hear a quarter drop on floor of apartment. That's pretty quiet. Nice tennis court and basketball court. Nice pool and Gym. It may not be the Hilton. But management strives to make it top place to call room without breaking bank . Lots of shade trees here if want to sit in shade and read book or something. I gave 5 star. For affordable and amenities plus room. With laundry. Hard to find a better deal. Nice neighborhood for Walking, jogging or ride bike. 2 covered bus stops. Easy area to stay if no transportation. As of 01/08/2026, tenants were offered raffle ticket entries in exchange for leaving 5-star Google reviews. This practice violates Google’s review policies and may also be unlawful under Federal Trade Commission guidelines, which prohibit incentivizing reviews based on sentiment. Setting that aside, this situation reflects a broader pattern of unprofessional conduct by Lexington Crossing. Contrary to the newly posted “reviews,” my experience has been consistently negative. Although we did not choose to lease here due to familial needs, I do want to say that the tour and overall vibe of the property were fantastic! Ashlyn, Derrix, Dajah and Bri were very thorough, friendly and really helped me to envision myself there. If I didn’t need more space, I would’ve definitely signed a lease here. Kudos to an awesome team and I’ll definitely let people who are looking know where to find a great place to live!
