I walked into the Lex and was welcomed by Nathan. He was very pleasant and professional. I was given a tour by Sara who was also very pleasant and patient with me. I asked to see several apartments and Sara was very accommodating. It's been a month since I moved in and the service here at the Lex is still top notch. Just today Nathan was busy with a move in but took time to help me with a print out needed for fed ex, so thankful. Mario is amazing and always willing to help. Alex from maintenance is the best. I had an issue with my garbage disposal and Alex was very helpful. Thank you, Lex staff for caring about your residents. :)

Living in Tacoma and at The Lex this past year has been such a great experience, and we were so sad to leave. We loved the apartment and all the amenities, especially the rooftop, such a great place to enjoy the views, hang out, grill a meal, watch something on one of the multiple TV’s or sit around the fire pits. From the day we walked in, the staff had been so amazing, especially Mario. Because the complex had just opened, he showed us a bunch of different units because we had a hard time picking one. We liked another building near by, but Mario and his team sealed the deal for us. We loved the energy there, and would definitely recommend The Lex to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I have lived here 9 months and extended my lease because I love it so much! Everyone is friendly and the amenities are incredible. It’s close to the freeway, coffee shops, the waterfront, there’s so much to love! I love the sense of community they build with their monthly events. I’m very happy with my decision to move here 🤍

The Lex was an Ok apartment to live at in the beginning but by the end of our lease, we couldn't wait to get out. It is much more expensive than it is is worth or relative to any other neighboring apartment complexes. Walls are thin, neighbor noise is loud, there is a constant aroma of smoke, that management doesn't do anything about and forget about breaking your lease early, they will make you pay an arm and a leg. The management was great when Mario and Nathan were there, but since their leaving the team has become inadequate for resident needs. There is one assistant manager in particular who is extremely rude and condescending, making the living situation lack even more. I would not recommend this complex.

Of all the choices one has over apartments, The Lex is top notch and it's because of the team of people who manage this place that I proudly call home. My first interaction was with Nathan when I called the front desk to inquire about a tour. My needs were a little last minute and Nathan was completely accommodating, showed me several units and overall gave me the impression that he was proud to work at The Lex. Sara was also instrumental in making a very favorable first impression that staff really care and go beyond the average call of duty to ensure needs are taken care of and expectations are exceeded. One of the selling points that most staff here will talk about is the fact that the building is made of concrete and steel which I didn't realize was such a HUGE deal until I moved and r
