Very bad experience dealing with this Company. Not transperant when renting to international individuals. So, if you are an international student or alien avoid because you will definitely lose your deposit once you apply!

These people are in charge of the HOA at Mission Overlook in Tallahassee. I’ve reached out multiple times over the state of the mailboxes which are their responsibility to maintain. More than half of the mailboxes are broken and do not lock. I’ve had over 5 packages stolen from my box in the last month and in spite of reaching out, nothing is being done. This is a huge invasion of privacy and security breach. The pool has been green and un-usable since I moved in last august. I’m beyond disappointed in this company’s refusal to help their residents and maintain the property. I wouldn’t recommend living where they are in charge OR allowing your development to be maintained by them.

Can't pay online or setup autopay with them. The only option is snail mail.

I love this place. They are very friendly and professional.
