Let Properties

If you're renting from LET Properties, I would strongly recommend exercising caution for any of their cheaper rentals. I'm sure they're not all bad for everything, and I can say that Macey was very kind and helpful about providing information on the property and maintenance. However, there were a large amount of issues at move-in that should not and would not be the case at any decent apartment, or at least not any I've lived at. Many of the issues were left behind by the previous tenants (college students), but things like that are what security deposits are for (ie; tenants are fined and repairs are made before move-in). I would also rather have a slightly higher rent and/or slightly longer time before move in than move into a place that has been left completely trashed by the previous r

This organization is now Black Line Properties - please look them up on Google reviews before entertaining the idea of leasing through them. Apartments are dirty when you move in, they try to charge cleaning fees that aren't mentioned on the lease (the place was cleaner when we left than when we found it btw), and overall the apartments are past over due on renovations (Carpet, Tile, hardwood in bathrooms)

I rented through Let properties for almost two years until I bought a house and couldn’t have been happier. They have well maintained properties and responded immediately to any concerns that I had. Their payment platform and service/maintenance request form is super easy to use and convenient. Loved living in the house that I rented and should I ever need to rent again I would rent with Let properties! Best landlord I’ve ever had after years of renting in Richmond.
