The moment I met Lesley in person, I knew she was extremely reliable. She has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate business in Wichita. Not only is she very honest & pragmatic, her marketing and negotiating skills are top notch.

I cannot even give her stars, but had to do at least one to post. We had a horribly unethical experience trying to purchase one of the properties she listed. We had a contingency on it for 60 days. I am completely aware that another offer can be accepted, but you still have to follow the protocols in place by the real estate commission. None of which were done. We were told of a cash offer that had come in on a Friday night and less than 12 hours later, she had the paperwork signed and sold the home even though she told our agent we had until Sunday. I did research after this incident and would never do business with her, even if it meant losing my dream home.

Lesley was great to work with. My wife and I were first time buyers, and she walked us through the whole process. Looked at many houses and helped us find what we really fell in love with. Her husband David was with us on the tours and gave lots of good advice. We have been in the house for a few months now, some problems have come up and Lesley was able to suggest some good contractors to get the work done.

Lesley is an amazing professional to work with. She is incredibly responsive and knows everything there is to know about buying or selling a home. I want to keep buying houses just so I can continue working with her!
