Lerner Springs at Reston

I wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service my parents have consistently experienced at Spring at Reston, where they have resided for many years. The management team has always provided great attention, and the maintenance team has been remarkably quick to address any issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the staff at the leasing office are consistently welcoming, professional, and kind. The apartments themselves are spacious, and the community’s location is excellent—conveniently close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the Reston Town Center. Overall, it is a wonderful community to be a part of. Thank you for maintaining such high standards and creating a welcoming environment for residents.

Editing ( I still have rats ) Can you imagine you work 60 hours a week and dealing with such a disgusting situation! One of my biggest mistake was just moving this place. Even i told them that i have kids one of them had a heart surgery and the home must be safe and sanitized and i still catch 2 to 3 mice everyday but they don’t care at all, as a resident I am not happy to stay in your property. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I do not recommend it at all, especially for families or anyone with children. The place is extremely dirty and unsafe. First of all, there are a lot of mice throughout the property, which is completely unhealthy and unacceptable. Building 39 apt B4 I moved in July 2025. Folks I am warning you Stay away from building and all buildings associated with Lerner Springs at Reston. I can attest to the one negative review that was posted. I guess the other negative reviews are deleted. I have only lived here 6 months and it’s been a horrific 6 months. I can attest to rodents, hence I beg for exterminator to come out once a month because if you don’t request exterminator they won’t come out or you have to wait until there is availability . I had to request holes to be sealed throughout my kitchen in order to keep mice away. Then the bathroom was made so poorly with basically zero ventilation and no light fixture cover. Absolutely the worst living experience I’ve ever had. This building is overrun with mice — not one or two, but a full-blown infestation. They run freely in the hallways, in the walls, and inside the apartments. It feels like the management has completely given up on even pretending to care. We have reported this problem multiple times, and every single time the response has been useless, lazy, and empty. No action, no improvement, no responsibility. The mice problem has become so severe that it’s genuinely unhealthy and unsafe to live here. This is not “bad management” — this is total negligence. If you value your health, sanity, or basic living conditions, avoid this building at all costs. The management should be ashamed for letting people live in such filthy and unacceptable condition

I recently toured Springs at Reston and had a great experience. When I first arrived, I wasn’t sure I was in the right place because the community looks completely different from the photos on Google and their website. The exterior has been updated with a very modern gray tone paired with black and brown accents — a big improvement from what’s shown online. The surroundings are well-maintained, and I really appreciate all the greenery throughout the community. Definitely at the top of my list. Highly recommend!
