Lerner Parc Dulles

We’ve been living at Lerner for just over a year now and just resigned our lease! The leasing office has been great with responding to any issues (which we haven’t had many) in a timely manner. Shafaq has been great, extremely personable!! Kevin is too! Very friendly and helpful staff. My roommate and I excited to live here another year.

I have rented my entire life, I recently had a water heater fail. Unfortunately for me it did so on the coldest night of the year. I submitted a work order request that evening and hung out in the lobby area until the morning, it was warmer in the lobby area. That morning I went to the office and spoke to staff regarding the situation, the young lady immediately expedited my maintenance work order request. By the time I got back from Starbucks, maintenance staff had diagnosed the issue, submitted a request for replacement, ordered the replacement equipment. I was told it might be a couple of days for a new water heater. So I prepared for a few chilly nights, but I had no idea how cold it would be. I want to highlight the excellent service from the maintenance team at Lerner Parc Dulles. Bakar, the Maintenance Manager, has been truly outstanding. He consistently follows up on every request, makes sure issues are fully resolved, and checks in to ensure we’re satisfied with the outcome. The team is also very respectful of our personal space and home, which makes a big difference when maintenance work is needed. It’s rare to see this level of professionalism, accountability, and care. The responsiveness and attention to detail from the maintenance staff have made a noticeable difference in our living experience here. Thank you!

We have moved here about a month ago and we absolutely love the apartment community. Its safe, peaceful and the amenities are amazing, everything is clean and well maintained. While our apartment had some minor issues, the maintenance team was quick to fix those issues within the same week. The leasing agent Shafaq was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She's so welcoming, always smiling and ready to answer every question we have. The team is really kind and professional, Highly recommended !

I want to give a shoutout to Kevin and Shafaq for being patient with me as i viewed the property 3 times before finally deciding to sign a lease. They patiently answered all of my questions before signing and have done the same each and every time i stop in the office to ask a question or just to say hi. The 3-4 work requests i've had to submit have been completed very quickly and done right the first time. I have a great experience over all in the time i've been at this complex.
