Lerner Parc at Gatlin Commons

It’s a beautiful place. Small rooms, definitely, but it worked out fine. My only problem I had with the park is that a redheaded girl and her husband I’m pretty sure they’re the owners were racist to Mexicans. They made my guest uncomfortable with their racism. I won’t get into exactly what happened, but I felt that people who live there should know. If you have a good experience, I’m happy for you. I’m glad I moved. I also want to mention that the AC went out around 10-20 times during the year I lived there. There were days it was out almost all day in 90–100 degree weather, and my rooms had no AC during those times. It was very uncomfortable. Loved it at first, but the community has gone down hill. I chalk it up to terrible management. Krysten is extremely rude, aggressive, and arrogant. There’s mold in my apartment, you can hear people slamming doors and cabinets at all hours, and you can’t use the amenities after a certain time. People leave their dogs on the patio all day long, barking and pooping everywhere. Speaking of, they send out emails about “keeping the community clean” in regards of dog turds but nobody picks it up and it stinks up the whole area. The dog bag garbages are overflowing for days. The speeding is rampant, even around kids playing. They put in one speed bump by each gate but that didn’t affect the speeding within the community. Great area to live and nice people, maintenance was quick and helpful. Unfortunately that is only a small part of my time at the apartment complex. The walls are very thin, and I can hear multiple different dogs barking/howling for who knows how many apartments down/up for hours on end. Paying this amount just for dogs to be barking and howling for 8 hours a day multiple, days a week is a very miserable experience!

It was so amazing to get a place here. Ashley was really amazing and helped me out and answered all my questions, big and small, she was beyond nice to me and I’m so glad I could’ve worked with her. The apartment that I ended up getting surpassed my expectations and Ashley did everything she could to help me out in finding what I needed. Highly recommend! Amazing place.

If you’re looking for a place to call home, look no further than the Parc at Gatlin Commons! It’s aesthetic, glamorous, elegant… But really I tell you, those words are still understated to truly describe the nature of this community. In other words, it’s an experience you must have for yourself and I can assure you all your needs will be met. From luxurious amenities, to great central location, and best of all the amazing staff at the front office. Kristina and Orion are the best people you can possibly meet. You’re in great hands without a doubt. Last but not the least, you deserve it!
