Lenox Village

After a long search for the right apartment in South Nashville, we finally found the perfect place. For years, I’ve admired these apartments while driving by, always noticing how beautiful they looked from the outside. With our lease ending soon, it was time to find a new home, so I called this morning to schedule a visit to Lenox Village. Skip Johnston made the process effortless—he quickly set up an appointment for the same day and was incredibly welcoming. He not only answered every question I had but also anticipated the ones I hadn’t even thought to ask. Later, when more questions came to mind after I got home, he was just as patient and helpful. The apartments and amenities exceeded my expectations, and it truly feels like we’ve found our next home.

This is a little piece of heaven in Nashville, just 30 minutes away from the downtown. My husband and I are new in Nashville, but we have been in love with Lenox Village since the moment we saw it. We just knew we wanted to move here, and we were not mistaken. Since we went to 6900 Lenox Village Dr. wanting to rent an apartment, we were treated so great! Skip, one of the employees, was very friendly and helped us throughout the whole application process. The apartment complex is always extremely clean, it's very quiet, the office staff couldn't be better and the maintenance boys are fast and efficient. Don’t rent here if you don’t want your car broken into and your wheels and tires stolen. That’s when happened to me and the apartment complex did nothing to help me.they will tell you they have security which they only come around everything 2 hours and then leave for the remainder of it. They will also tell you they have cameras that work to prevent stuff like this and they don’t. They did nothing to help me and basically said it’s my fault my car is parked in their parking garage. If you want pictures of my car if you don’t believe me I will send them to you. I would recommend looking anywhere else but here to rent from.

One of the worst experiences as a tenant in my 30 years of renting. Skip and Quentin are great staff - but the complex as a whole - not at all. First - they advertise a work out facility - there is none. My mailbox key was changed without reasoning and out of the blue. Electric off for nearly two weeks after the storm and the complex knew for 4 days the part they played without immediately taking action leaving a whole building displaced. Continual issues with trash compactor and changing companies there often leaving mounds of trash out front. Horrible landscaping for the price paid. I’ve finally given up. I can take my $1700 elsewhere like many others are.

The noise stopped soon after my email after going all night. Thank you! It took most of the day but maintenance came and changed the batteries in all my smoke detectors, removed the batteries from my thermostat because they were not needed and was done in 15 minutes. Thank you! The exterminator came, but I wasn’t prepared so he will be back this week.
