Great location, responsive staff, and a quiet, comfortable home I’ve lived at Lenox Park for 18 months and have had a great experience. The building is clean very well-managed. The walls are thick, and I rarely hear neighbors. I live on a higher floor and love the views from my balcony, especially of the cities in the distance. The best part is the location. The building is across the street from a grocery store, restaurants, CVS, and the Metro. The neighborhood feels very safe. I often go for walks at night and the community is diverse and welcoming. Maintenance is excellent. Domingo and AJ are very professional. Any issues I’ve had were fixed within a day. I truly appreciate the support I receive from Matrice in the leasing office. The amenities—especially the gym and swimming pool—are excellent, and the overall experience is made even better by a genuinely supportive and responsive management team.
