I’ve been really happy living at Lenox Katy Crossing. The property has been looking really good lately and you can tell management has been putting effort into keeping everything clean and updated. The hallways were recently power washed and the landscaping around the office and pool area looks great.I also like that they recently deep cleaned the grills by the pool since that’s a space residents use a lot. It’s nice to see them taking care of those details.The office does a good job communicating with residents too. Whenever there’s something going on like the elevator being down or repairs on the gates, they send updates so everyone knows what’s happening. I lived at Lenox Katy Crossing from July 2024–July 2025 in apartment 5201, and the best part of living here was LEAVING. I’ve rented for over 12 years, and this was by far the worst, most unethical management I’ve ever dealt with. Please don’t trust the reviews from tours or new move-ins — look at what people say after living here for a year. I moved into a bug-infested apartment that management lied about repeatedly. Even a maintenance worker admitted there was a known pest issue from the previous tenants move out. My car was stolen, and management tried to pretend that never happens until I shared camera footage in a local Facebook group and multiple residents came forward with the same experience. We are extremely happy living in this community. The team here is outstanding, always professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The facilities are beautiful, well maintained, and create a very comfortable and welcoming environment. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into keeping everything running smoothly. We truly appreciate the quality of service, the great management, and the overall experience of living here. It has been a wonderful place to call home.

Throughout my stay, I was charged a monthly insurance fee that was supposed to cover my belongings, but when I actually needed it, they refused to take responsibility. The apartment I lived in had a severe water leak through the living room window, which caused significant flooding and completely damaged several of my personal items, including appliances and my computer.
