First off I would love to say the property it’s self is a very beautiful when arriving, We didn’t have a tour appointment and Emily our leasing agent went above and beyond with providing us great customer service. She listen to our preferences really close and matched all of our needs, most definitely will be considered applying here they are at top of my list. If you go mae sure to ask for Emily she will take very great care of you! 😊

Lenox Katy Creek has been an amazing place to call home. The community is clean, modern, and well maintained, with great amenities like a resort-style pool, a solid gym, and comfortable coworking areas. The staff is friendly and quick to help with anything you need. My apartment is quiet, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The location is super convenient without feeling crowded. Highly recommend living here!

I can’t say enough good things about Emily. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I felt confident in my decision. Her communication, attention to detail, she was very helpful and always has a great attitude, truly set her apart when choosing my next home. This property is very lucky to have someone like her! Love the property and only recommend getting the another trash compactor for the large community or advising all tenants on learning how to use it properly to keep our community looking clean!

Please don’t go here. I’ve been living in Katy for a while now wanting to look for a new apartment, but the front desk was so rude “ EMILY “and did not make you feel comfortable at all. She made you feel like you were too broke when asking about pricing and trust me, money is not an issue, she was asking if we wanted to tour, but I turned down immediately due to her being very dismissive and just not friendly at all I would rather spend my money and live in another place. Please get better customer service. The establishment looked beautiful, but having bad customer service can really make a place unwelcoming. I can’t imagine someone living here and having to deal with bad management in a new build.
