Emily is awesome! I recently toured this property and she gave me one of the best tours I’ve received. She’s very sweet, and she takes her time. She found the floor plan that I was most interested in and had so much patience. I recommend Emily if you’re looking for a new home.

My family and I moved here couple of days ago. So far we are loving every bit of it. We have all the amenities you could ask for, from dog park and wash, bbq, pools, gym and many more. My apartment home was full of natural lightning and cozy homelike feeling. Bonus that it’s brand new so we are the first one to live here. Let me not forget my amazing leasing agent Angel O. He was so warm and inviting and was able to assist and answer all my questions. I let him know my wants and needs and he led me to my dream apartment home. He’s also knowledgeable and willing to assist me and it made our move so much easier. Thanks Angel O.

Toured this property. Loved the apartment floor plans and amenities. The leasing agent was very nice. But the property itself, left a lot to be desired. Specifically, there doesn’t appear to be any rules regarding what people are allowed to leave on their patios or in their yards. Between actual trash, a loveseat (not patio furniture), a mannequin, heavy cleaning equipment machines, toys galore, just to name a few….You name it, I’m sure you can find it. Not to mention, the broken back gate that was left wide open both days I visited, flickering lights in several buildings, and the dirty walkways leading to apartment doors which are in desperate need of a pressure wash. This is the first Lennox property of the four that I toured that weren’t kept up very well considering it’s young age. To

I have lived here at Lenox Gramd West for 12 months and have had the most amazing experience. I highly recommend this community and please ask for leasing agent Alondra. I promise you she will be consistent with her outstanding customer service from day you view your future apartment and all through out your lease. She always has a warm greeting smile and very accommodating with your questions and needs. The amenities are great and pool area and grounds and very well kept, Less than a mile from Katy Mills Mall and grocery stores.

Alondra was super sweet and made everything so easy. She answered all my questions fast and kept me updated the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about helping people find the right place. I had a lot of questions and she never made me feel like I was bothering her, and she made move-in day way less stressful than I expected!! Definitely ask for her if you’re thinking about moving here!
