DO NOT MOVE HERE I stayed here for 4 months, thinking it was going to be luxury and updated, it WAS NOT. Horrible maintenance department. They never came back to fix anything but half did a job. The Asst. mngr office staff are rude with nasty attitudes. No good communication skills. Really come off as angry women, she didn’t even greet me on my tour or acted interested on her own job. So rude. If you read the reviews, you would see the same complaints as well. The Property manager is very rude, impolite, vengeful & hateful! She tried to evict me over me being assaulted. She has no EMPATHY whatsoever ever. Along with never being there, cause she’s mainly at the other location. She only really sends email, but never understands what you are addressing. This is & was a horrible experience. I

Great experience moving in! We love the apartment and the atmosphere here. Kenyada and Tasha at the office were amazing during our leasing process and went above and beyond to help us settle in. Five stars for their help and professionalism!

My husband and I moved into Lenox Gates Apartments in September of 2025. The ladies in the office were very helpful during our transition. We have enjoyed our stay thus far. It is very peaceful and quiet. Everyone has been very kind. We feel we made a very good choice.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The complex is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The amenities are great, the community feels safe, and it genuinely feels like home. I’m grateful to live in a place where residents are valued and everything is taken care of with care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I love it here. The ladies in the front office did all they could to get my son and I in here asap and I must say they are truly respectful women. They represent WELL! I love how Mrs Tasha cares about the complex and how its maintained. You can tell they care. Maintenance is on top of things the same day if not the next. I can say I finally feel at home for once. It’s always quiet here and all the residents have been very polite. I would highly recommend it here.
