Lenox Farms

I currently live here and overall it’s just okay. My biggest concern is safety, especially for pedestrians. I’ve almost been hit by cars multiple times despite taking precautions—walking on the sidewalk, looking both ways before crossing, and using a flashlight when walking my dog. Cars regularly speed through the neighborhood, and there are very few stop signs, no speed bumps, and no clearly marked crosswalks or speed-limit signs. There are only two stop signs total in the entire area. Another issue has been dogs. We’ve encountered aggressive dogs, including a Rottweiler in Building 104 and a pit bull, which is concerning since we were explicitly told during the application process that pit bulls were not allowed. We’ve had a really great experience living at Lenox Farms. The community it well kept and the maintenance staff work hard to fix any issues that arise in a timely manner. Thank you to Elson for always helping us!

Management is horrible, Urgent this is completely unacceptable in mid October. Someone from Maintenance called us while we were on vacation to enter and get measurements for this window. That’s been measured over and over ever since we moved in exactly 1 year ago and yet they still haven’t fixed it. We come back from vacation and we find this window on the floor, the floors were wet from the rain It’s been cold and the house is freezing. Ofc the electricity bill would be high and I am not going to pay any rent for this month until this is fixed. It is ridiculous. Its a shame for such expensive rent $4k+ to live in such conditions. I strongly agree with other tenants below that getting repairs done is a true nightmare.

Elson always responds promptly to any maintenance requests I submit, and fixes everything so quickly. I’ve been here for 6 years and he’s always been super friendly and helpful. Very thankful to have him as part of my Lenox Farms team!

Lenox farms is a beautiful community. Built 2009 so relatively newly built in 2009 with all new appliances, Beautiful granite countertops and walnut flooring this place is definitely a feat. I did a tour today of two separate units, both an apartment and a townhome complete with two bedroom units and wow! They are absolutely gorgeous, Contain garages, smart thermostats, loads of storage space and the complexes amenities are vast including a pool with cabanas, a playground, dog washing facility’s, a beautiful community building and more! Upon arriving for my 11:30am tour today, along with my PCA, I was greeted by Micheal who works the front desk of the community. Micheal showed complete professionalism, compassion, and straight forward- clear responses to all of my questions and concerns!
