scheduled a tour for Saturday morning at 10:00 AM, and no one ever showed up. I waited outside the property and called the office multiple times over the course of 30 minutes—no answer, no update, no explanation. It was completely unprofessional. Later that day, I finally got in touch with the representative, who casually mentioned that she showed up late but was still willing to give me a tour. When I arrived for the rescheduled tour, the apartment I was shown was in terrible condition. There was trash left around the unit, which gave the place an overall neglected feel. We noticed several bugs crawling around, and the bathrooms were visibly dirty—not just a little messy, but clearly not cleaned in a while. Update: I’ve lived here for about 4 months now and overall it’s been amazing! The community is well maintained and the office and maintenance staff is super helpful and friendly! Which I really appreciate! The atmosphere is calm and creates a comfortable place that I actually look forward to coming home to. I am very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend it to others!

I recommend this property if you're thinking of moving. Nobody bothers you here; it's a very quiet property. I've been living here for three months, and my experience so far has been great. There's a person who does a great job and helped me a lot: Janice Abreu. She does excellent work.

My recent visit to Lenox completely sealed the deal for me, and I'm thrilled to be moving in this November! The property is nice, with all I need. Alex, was incredibly helpful and professional. He gave me a thorough and engaging tour, pointing out all the apartment and community features. Alex didn't rush me at all. He took the time to patiently and clearly explain all the documentation and details of the lease, making a complex process feel straightforward. Hopefully the services will maintain standard.

I am not used to writing reviews but this management is so bad that they charged a fine for same thing 3 times at the end of single month and that was even without a warning. Later on they posted a response that they have sent out individual notification each time. Upon checking there was no notification sent out to us. And then they put a lame excuse that oh your trash can was empty out side the apartment thats why we did not sent the notification to you but we did charged a fine for that three times in a month.
