Lenore Garden Apartments

The place is great it's just maintenance needs work. Every since the winter storm hit my heat and hot water has been shut off. Now that all of that's gone I've been sitting in cold air with no heat nor hot water. Lights going on and off. Tried to call maintenance one person arrived and nothing has been fixed yet. It's either poor communication or poor maintenance.

I truly enjoyed my home. The leasing Manager is very knowledgeable about her job. She also an awesome way of give back to the community, in an amazing way. She don’t even know how much of a Blessing she has been to many, I know for me she has been Amazing. The Apartments would be better if there was washer and dryer connections.

I have been with Lenore Gardens for 3 years now and must I say what a turn around. The new manager came in and really got this place cleaned up. For the prices around this is one of the most afforable. I wanna say great job to the staff for keeping this place a pleasant place to live. There are some issues that need to be worked out but I can assure you the management is on it.

The Manager of Lenoir Gardens is efficient and effective. I have had many issues with the with the unit that I moved in and I revealed these to the maintenance person. She came to my unit personally to see what I was speaking about and immediately handled the situation. I'm delighted with her professionalism as well as her ethics .

It has been a joy to live here. The maintenance staff is SO friendly, prompt, and I’ve enjoyed interacting with them. I love my neighbors, and I love where I live. Convenient and safe location close to Shelby Park and the walking path close to downtown. The apartments aren’t frilly but they are quiet, spacious, and clean.
