Lennox Flats

Lennox Flats has been amazing to us so far! They allowed us to move in early and we had close parking to easily carry in our furniture. We ran into no obstacles at all while moving which was great! the front desk ladies also helped save my dog from running away and i couldn’t thank them enough. we love it here 😌🤍

I really love this place! It’s a pretty safe and quiet neighborhood. (Our room is close to the railway, so you can sometimes hear the train whistle, but it’s acceptable.) Heather and Maili take good care of us — they’re generous, friendly, and communicative. I’m an international student and never had a chance to do a room tour week before, but I would say this is one of the few apartments in the area where you can actually discuss your conditions with the owners. They’re very flexible compared to other apartments. When I made a maintenance requested about door knob and toilet problem, they responded my message in few hours and fix the problem within that request day or the next following day. I lived at Lennox Flats 2021-2024 and it was an amazing place to live. Heather, Tevon, and Nicole were so kind and welcoming I knew that any issue I had would be resolved quickly. Maintenance requests were handled within 3 days and there was emergency on-call maintenance available 24/7 that also responded promptly. They also always had cute resident events, like food trucks in the summer, easter egg hunt for prizes, snacks on the first day of school. It’s a quieter community, which was perfect for me as a graduate student. In walking distance to campus, the stadium (perfect for game day), a park with beautiful walking paths (Fred Beekman Park), and next to a residential area that is also great for walks. Mailey and Heather in the Leasing Office have been the absolute best support system for me and my boyfriend while we started our application process! One tour here with them is all it took for them to sell it to us! We are super excited to move in and start this new chapter of our life in a more comfortable and relaxing place we can call home.

The office staff, Heather and Maili were amazing! I cannot follow my daughter to Ohio, being that I am in California, but these ladies definitely put my worries at ease! I HIGHLY recommend Lennox Flats for all the mama bears out there! Very caring office staff!!
