Stonehaven community in Jefferesonton Virginia. Do NOT buy, the customer service is horrible. They make excuses for the shotty material they use. Said my tires must have picked up chemicals off the street. SERIOUSLY then when told how ridiculous they are they lie about the whole conversation saying profanity was used and directed at their customer service rep. NOT TRUE. when we were unwilling to except her answer she posted lies abut the encounter and attacked my wife's character. This development is only a few years old and the for sale signs that are already posted are crazy. Ask people when in our development what they think and 80 percent will tell you how disappointed they are in the product and services

I’ve had a fabulous Lennar experience and would recommend them to anyone

Bought a brand new townhouse in Discovery Square, Herndon built by Lennar. We have had a leaking issue from a faulty vent installation the first year, and now the HVAC blower went out after just a short 4 years. Even worst is that the HVAC company McCrea that provides the warranty service doesn’t have the part in stock and can’t get the Manufacturer part shipped with any ETA. We are now 18 days in waiting for them to get the part in frigid cold DMV winter. The installation and products put in the house is just subpar. We had another brand new townhouse built by Ryan Homes that didn’t give us any issues.

Lennar misrepresented our home in our listing, and when contacted about it absolutely ghosted. I’m now in touch with local government, the previous land owners, and consulting with legal to bring a formal suit since no remediation has happened. Not only did they violate our trust, it is also illegal to do what they did. Extremely unhappy.

My Loan officer Samantha Phucas was exceptional , helped me with everything and always gave me prompt responses , never had to wait to clear things in my mind since it was my first time home buying process and had tons of questions, but thanks to her she made me verything go well so smooth
