Lennar Utah

Haven’t been in the home a year yet, and really wanted to love it, but so far I am finding the build quality and warranty service to be worse than what we were hoping for. Most of my warranty requests were either patch fixes or just rejected. I tried to be understanding and explain to the Lennar rep that I just wanted things done right, but even after threatening to leave a review they didn’t care. I know builders gotta make money but would really love to see one take full responsibility for their work and invest in some good customer service.

LOVE Lennar. We own two Lennar homes and my entire family have all purchased Lennar as well. Couldn’t say enough about Lennar as a builder as well as the team. From sales agents to the warranty department every single detail was very organized and well thought. I love my redwood plan we build with them and get compliments on it all the time. Highly recommend building with them!

My husband and I purchased a home from Lennar about a year and a half ago. Lennar has done a wonderful job by building a beautiful home. We’ve had minimal minor issues of which Lennar has been quick to address. I’d highly recommend Lennar to family and friends.

Lennar has been fantastic to work with. I own one of their townhomes as well as a single family home that they built in the wildflower community in Saratoga springs. They go above and beyond, have such an amazing team and are always willing to help if issues do come up. We love our home and recommend Lennar to everyone!
