Overall great experience with the builder Lennar! Had great orientation and went over everything thoroughly to make sure I understood and how to maintain the house and what's covered under warranty. Made sure paint was good before moving in. App is great to setup auto payment with Lennar Mortgage to show breakdown of costs. Highly recommended!

My home buying experience was so amazing from beginning to end. I had the best loan officer ever “Brendan Fox” Columbia office. The entire mid region team did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Any questions I had they were answered immediately. Everything was really a breeze. I have nothing negative to say.
