The whole Lennar group has been absolutely amazing during this very stressful process. Carlissa and Cindy jumped through so many different hoops both with me and for me to get my USDA application submitted and processed quickly. They were knowledgeable in navigating the system with my very particular needs and were so kind and patient with me. There were ups and downs and plenty of frustration I’m sure, as I didn’t exactly make it easy for them, but they got it done and pushed it through to be able to close on time, and I now own my very first house!!! 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I had a great experience using David at Lennar Mortgage for the purchase of our new home. Communication was very good and the process was quick and efficient.

I feel like a veteran home loan should’ve been a better experience, but it wasn’t the case with Lennar. This process was riddled with red tape and the closing was rescheduled twice. Once I secured employment, Lennar questioned my ability to do my job, even though my employer had already hired me on having confidence in my abilities. I also feel like an offer letter with salary provided by my employer and HR department was also not accepted as fact. More waiting. Once we were given clearance to close on the house, it was not ready. Hoses, trash, and debris was strewn acrosss the property as if they did not plan for the closing to take place. I know cutting costs is a goal of every builder, but there was still some design flaws that could’ve been avoided with a little job pride. Door knobs w

We had a great time using Lennar for our Mortgage. The staff was professional and friendly. Anytime we had questions they were able to assist. I would highly recommend giving them a shot.

Very helpful during this complicated process of purchasing a new home. All my questions were answered promptly. Larry guided me step by step on what documents he needed. We had a number of changes all the way, he stayed on track with us. He kept everything in order and made sure we would close as scheduled on our new home.
