The process was great. However, the HOA is terrible. I thought I was buying a home in a safe neighborhood. LENNAR should have had a privacy fence built around the community for safety and security. Random people cut through the neighborhood and yards. Gunshots fired regularly. Loud music behind Housing and constant blowing of trash from other neighborhood flows into my yard. People living in woods behind multiple homes.

Thank you, Brad, for being so wonderful and gracious to my son and I during the entire process. Being a first-time home buyer, it can be overwhelming, but you were there assisting us with all of the paperwork. It has been a pleasure to work with you all!

Our loan officer took the time to give us the best opportunity available. As first time home buyers, everything was new to us and a little intimidating. He was there every step and every hick up, coaching us through everything. We wouldn’t be here without him!!!
