Lennar at Wynwood at FoxCreek

Buyers beware: My experience with Lennar at Wynwood at FoxCreek was unsatisfactory. It appears that Lennar does not prefer to work with realtors, and if they do, they increase your price by $20k to accommodate the realtor. For instance, they sold a Meridian floor plan for $460,000 on 11/27/24 (see attached picture). However, when I visited on 1/21/25 and offered $475,000, including paying my own realtor fees, they declined. Based on the market, and what comparable homes says in that neighborhood, the Meridian floor plan is not justifiable at $520,000 as listed and certainly not at $490,000, which they advocate for. Additionally, if you choose their preferred lender, Lennar Mortgage, you may encounter an inflated interest rate. Even if they offer an inflated cost to purchase discount points

LENNAR built our beautiful Dream ✨️ House in Foxcreek. We knew as soon as we saw our home that it was the one for us. Chad, he is so friendly, professional and willing to help with anything.
