Lennar at Wood Stork Landing

Location is great, but there are no amenities. We were told there would be a walking trail around the pond prior to moving in and now they've realized that it isn't feasible, so instead of moving it elsewhere in the neighborhood or doing a gazebo or something to compensate, they are scrapping it altogether. As a result, they are cutting prices like crazy, so please don't let them promise you anything that isn't in writing. It's beyond me why they haven't sacrificed 1 lot to put in an amenity. Put in picnic tables, a car wash station, a gym....It's gotta be cheaper than the price cuts. They could even just tamp down the dirt and offer a boat yard. That would attract people. For what it's worth, we do love the house and plan on staying. We have a 5 year old, so people with young children, pl
