Buyer beware. Lennar homes took over Rausch Coleman Homes. Since our build, we had issues. From being shown the wrong property and sold the wrong property, to having to live in a UHAUL for two days due to false closing dates, to our fence leaning over for a year now because NO ONE has wanted to come fix it which will cost me over 7k to fix. To now cabinets that were upgrades peeling and water sloping towards the garage foundation from the porch. So we are now at even bigger loss because promises that were made, are now not being honored. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
