Lennar at Waterstone

Avoid at all costs, nothing but issues since day one, cracks in ceiling, pavers uneven and collapsing, lennar claim pavers not covered under warranty, basically dont care that they were poorly / incorrectly installed, if its this bad in two months, imagine two years! Oven had to be repaired after a month due to faulty regulator, toilet fill valve faulty, weed filled sod thats dying, again, lennar will not replace bad sod, not covered under warranty, so expect to dish out thousands to replace. faulty irrigation timer, coming on randomly even though techs said it was programmed correctly.. again lennar does not care “not covered…” I now know why they reduced the price of this home by so much.. do yourself a massive favor and look elsewhere. update: 01-17: dryer has failed, already needs re

I bought here! Great subdivision lots of amenities (coming soon) and a great house buying experience! Lennar made it easy closed in 20 days and house was appraised higher than what I bought it for the Lennar team was top notch from start to finish . So happy they made it dream come true.

looked at a few new homes in the community. The entire office team was very friendly and pleasant. I look forward to purchasing an investment property in the community
