Lennar at Veranda Preserve

I have lived here for six months and am very pleased with my home and the Veranda Preserve community. My home is quiet, comfortable, energy effecient and well built. I made some interior upgrades and painted the interior in the colors wanted. The house now is as nice as the one I recently moved from, which was valued at almost three times the price of this home. The neighborhood is attractive, quiet and everyone is very friendly. The clubhouse and gym are excellent and the staff are very helpful. The club has events most days and/or nights. There are many opportunities to participate in sports, exercise at the gym attend water aerobics and exercise classes, join social clubs and participate in monthly special events. I initially was interested in a property at Veranda Preserve but then I decided to cancel my interest in the property. Despite promptly notifying Lennar by law within a 72 hour window I have been repeatedly transferred between the sales representative and the 1-800 customer service line without resolution. Although the sales representative, Myra, attempted to offer alternative options, I declined and confirmed my cancellation. As of today, I have not received my refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing and poorly handled.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely love it! The neighborhood is beautiful and filled with fun and friendly people. Very active community. There is a lot of amenities and so many clubs to choose from. Always something to celebrate.

We recently closed on home in Veranda Preserve. The best part of our experience was our sales representative, Natasha, who wore multiple hats to make up for the lack of knowledge or concern by the other depts. Construction Manager lacks concern or follow through for homeowners.The Conceirge was unprofessional and lacks experience. Beautiful neighborhood and we hope the bad experience with Lennar will soon be outweighed by the fabulous neighbors and great ammenities.
