Lennar at Triple Crown

We just moved into a home here on Woodlawn and with as many issues as we’ve had, nobody has been more accommodating from Lennar, than Jason. This man goes above and beyond to ensure all of our issues have been handled in a timely manner, he always follows up and he never just leaves us high and dry. The problems we’re having are far from his fault, but he always ensures he’s the one who fixes them. He’s made our experience since moving here so much better and we appreciate him for all he’s done!

Please avoid this loan agent: Donna Pile. She is very unprofessional and rude: constantly ignoring your call, even rejecting your call and never call you back knowing that you are waiting. With lennar, you can't choose the loan agent but she is the worst person I ever worked with. She knows you have to use their agent so she doesn't treat you like a customer.

Very beautiful community. Howver HOA needs to step up with a lot of issues like mail for residents. The grass for residents from the woodlawn area is not as beautiful from the houses going into the other end of the community.

Awesome place to live.

The location is beautiful, but prices are severely inflated. That may just be today's world though.
