If you are interested in spectacular views in a new community, this is it! Make no mistake the prices are not for the faint of heart but for what Lennar includes in their homes and interior/ exterior packages....not bad ! Lennar has all-inclusive packages ( which is good for those who don't like the fuss of selecting themes and interior designs for new homes. I love open-to-below floorplans and The Rossano has the open to below and when you enter the catwalk is breathtaking and open railing. The Margaux was a pleasant due to the sheer size of this beautiful floorplan and layout of the upstairs. I was impressed the quiet location and exclusivity. Awesome views at this new community. They also have a couple Next Gen options at this community which are hard to find. Catherine has been extremely helpful at this community.

The Homes are absolutely beautiful! It was very easy to work with the agent, and I was able to negotiate a smoking deal for my client. Very happy!

The house's were beautiful from the outside and the views were to spectacular. Very quiet up there.

High voltage lines all over the great views mostly to older homes. I wonder how people think about the health concerns and resale risks in the future. The great modem home designs can overcome three powerful high voltage lines?
