Well, I live in a brand new Lennar home. Strongly recommend going with a different builder. The whole process of buying the home, getting it done, going through their lender, now in the home and the amount of things that are broken and have gone wrong, and then fixed but in the process of fixing they break more. The lack of communication and escalation. It’s horrible. They look pretty but let me tell you the quality is horrible. I believe this used to be a good company but they simply aren’t anymore. My neighbors feel the same. All I have are regrets and there is nothing I can do about it. If you try to escalate there is nowhere to go.

Please Don’t buy a home from Lennar they’re the worst of worst, take your time and READ THIS !! Is going to be a nightmare the whole process because they don’t communicate with you properly they don’t care of customers and they don’t care nothing about you, they’re going to make you feel very very stressful and Sad I’m talking about the process of buying the house Lennar Mortgage Team is really unprofessional and they’re going to play with your time, also their homes looks better but they’re not !! The bungalow (rear load homes) HVAC system is poorly calculated. During hot days the system capacity will not cool down the second floor the temperature could go up to the mid 80s. The system will stay on the whole day and your electric bill will go thru the roof. Costumer experience is much worse than other builders. If you like the neighborhood I recommend to buy from Pulte Homes.
