Prospective buyers should carefully consider the location. These townhomes are directly across from a large government-assisted, mixed-income apartment complex with high activity, which was not disclosed during the tour. After my visit, a police officer patrolling the area informed me there had been multiple fights and a recent firearm discharge in the adjacent parking garage within the past week. Because the apartments are government-contracted, the area is unlikely to change anytime soon. This is an important factor for safety, quality of life, and resale value.

What a waste this could have been a great project but they are basically cheap rental grade construction apartments with low end finishes in some strange victorian/coastal exterior that doesn't match anything in the area and as others have mentioned its right next to a modern day housing project
