Lennar at Sutton Fields

Community is wonderful, The sales representatives, loan officer not so much. They did not let the realtor on file even though I brought one on the first visit. On top of that they do not explain the process at all, very ad-hoc, be careful especially with the mortgage department as they DO NOT communicate anything until the very last moment.

Love the comunity sutton field. The sales representative Veronica (Ronnie) pike is a awesome person. She is very informative and supportive. She did everything which she could to buy home in community. Love the way she provided each and every informative to clear our doubts.

Community is good, but sales representatives are rude and not transparent, better to avoid Ronnie, she deals with Sutton Fields. She just randomly show only one of available lot and maintains rigged waitlist, worst experiences.

Love the WiFi certified homes with AT&T fiber! The finishes are upgraded (better than our last community). It's so nice to be 10 minutes from Frisco and 5 minutes from horse ranches. Plus--Prosper ISD!

My suggestion is to find someone better, Lennar is horrible. I had done everything asked of me by them to get the house My family and I wanted finalized ; From being finally pre-approved to just getting pushed around from one person to another. I have experienced nothing but pain dealing with them. They make empty promises, telling us they have homes and that we are on the list .. to totally shutting us down and making one excuse after another. Please look for another builder / lender.. These folks are going to waste your time.
