Lennar at Stoneybrook Hills

There are so many neighborhoods being built near by and even conjoining to this one by different builders. Go with them-NOT Lennar. The whole experience from purchasing the home and even doing a post walkthrough after closing was a nightmare. The project manager seemed great initially to help resolve issues and then stopped responding. We are almost at our year mark and they are refusing to fix the home to standards on almost everything under warranty. MIND YOU-our initial walkthrough items from September 2022 were not fixed by Lennar until MAY 2023. So don’t even think a house warming is doable your first year. Very bad customer service. Looking to buy a 4-bedroom house, we drove up from Orlando to see Mt. Dora and some resales in the surrounding areas. We saw a sign for Lennar at Stoneybrook Hills and the signage outside read “come in.” My wife and I walked in to the Sales Office around noon, Gina Tessling, the sales consultant, from her office asked if we had an appointment which we said no. She said they were too busy (though the office was empty), said to take a card from the table by the front door and to text her our email address so she would send us some information. That was over a week ago, we never heard back from Gina or anyone from Lennar. We were shocked with the rude sales person attitude which never came up to the front door to welcome us. She never left her office to talk to us

Worst mistake we ever made! The most stressful time in our lives from trying to close to trying to get warranty repairs. They definitely took the joy out of what was suppose to be our forever home.

Overall good experience after some initial hiccups. In particular Arelis at Storey Creek is very helpful and quick to respond. Thank you!

Love the up and coming area just hoping I can get approved I think that area is nice & 30 mins outside of Orlando
