Great place for kids and family. And builders that work hard on homes for you to live in. Down part is the realities that are renting to individuals in the area that You can distinguish the owners and renters easily as the renters cause issues for the ones who own. With renters on blue hole and the street near Hancock. Iv had individuals that rent and run out owners from their current bus stop, and or they're property due to negligence of the landlord of those rented properties. Wether it be keller etc. Otherwise there is no sex offenders and or crime that is reported in the area and or charted as stated by renters, along side of groups for businesses that the renters created without permits being run out there home. Several advocates are in the community and or organizations hoa, etc are
Starting to regret going with Lennar as a builder. First red flag was a month before closing. One of the exterior wall boards was warped. I noticed it before it was painted and thought they would fix it before painting it. Nope! They painted it! I pointed this out at the time, and Lennar told me they weren’t done yet and they would fix it before closing. Smoke up my backside. Who paints something they’re “not done with yet”? Second red flag: they priced the house at $205k. Their own appraiser put it at $192k. That’s not a mistake. They knew it was overpriced when they quoted me in the first place. They agreed to sell at the appraised price due to the USDA loan. Think about that. That’s $13k, and they didn’t think twice about it. Third red flag: I’ve had to get three doors (out of eleven
Construction management Alex I think was his name. Super uninformative and couldn't answer simple questions about the house. They left our yard a mess with trash from the trades. Won't lay the sod because it rained, but it makes it easier for the sod roots to penetrate the soil and start rooting. Screens don't come with the house because it got to much to handle supposedly. They even had us do our final walk though without even having it cleaned before we show up. Honestly super disappointed with the Construction team. Tyrell our sales rep was bomb though. Super informative and actually wants to talk to you instead of running through the motions like the construction side of Lennar.
It's an excellent place to live and very peaceful.
