Unnecessary to build dense communities in areas where the congestion is out of control and the county makes no efforts to change anything. if you move in here you’re part of the problem. Eye sore to look at
Unfortunately, the reality of buying a brand new home is not what it seems with Lennar nowadays. For the high prices paid for these homes, the quality of the materials is marginal at best and the finishes throughout the house are less than ideal. There is so much pressure on the workers to deliver by certain deadlines, that the quality of work and attention to basic details is greatly neglected. Not to mention that the renderings vs the reality comes way short. It has been a year and our streets are still not paved. We figured it was because there were still homes being constructed but it was been over 6 months since they were finished and still nothing. The entrances to the community were full of garbage that only recently was taken away and there are still mounds of gravel and sand t
Couldn’t believe how unwelcoming the model home was. They show all the best options and then surprise you with the worst quality for over 700k$$$
Terrible quality. Horrendous prices. Ridiculous HOA.
