Jessica Jordan was delightful to work with. She knows every aspect of her product to Include future inventory. I ask a ton of questions, she had a prompt answer to every one. Her remarkable personality and enthusiasm had me on the edge of making a buying decision on the spot, quite honestly, if lennar could have done a few changes for me, Jessica would have closed me. She represented Lennar incredible well. Lennar is lucky to have her. I would love to have somebody like her in my business, be careful, I may come back.

The neighborhood is growing..it will be a large subdivision...it is an excellent LOCATION! The actual townhome product..the home..I would rate a 4...could have been a better interior/ exterior paint job and. The size of the rooms were exceptional for the value. The mail kiosk is not located in a convenient location. There was a microwave situation that had a knick in it..we were told that it was a manufacturer issue..all of them suppose to have the same issue. Overall my buyer was pleased...

We visited Rosedale community Wake Forest. Met RJ filled their form and mentioned our realitor name Mike from Dash Carolina. Got loan approval letter their lender for lot #18. At the time of contract we were amazed to know. That they will not pay commission to our realitor. With whom we are working from past many months. Only that reason we have get out of this deal. We can not trust Lenar and unprofessional sales staff. Home buyers please be careful to deal with this company.

We have visited multiple Lennar locations around Raleigh and Rosedale team is by far the BEST! All of our point of contacts along the way have been very professional, responsive and went the extra mile to assist us.
