Bad overall design and layout. Where do I start? The sidewalk setback is set about 4 to 5 feet in from the road, which is dumb and ridiculous. The setback of the house is set way too forward to the street. So due to these two setbacks, average driveway length ends up being about 20 ft. Most people cannot park a pickup truck or full-size suv in their own driveway without blocking the sidewalk. So if you have a pickup truck and go on vacation for two weeks and leave your vehicle parked on or near your house, one of two things will happen. One you will get cited and ticketed for blocking the sidewalk if you park on the driveway. Or two: you will get cited and ticketed for leave your car parked longer than 72 hours on the street, even if it's in front of your house. I called code enforcement

No good. I do not recommend it. Bad sales tactics. Bad service.
