Viewed this community November 3rd or 4th, closed November 26th. Communication was not a factor in the whole process. I was a first time everything (home buyer and veteran). I was clueless to what was needed and expected of me. I still have questions even after closing. This experience was not pleasant and definitely not smooth.
Absolute joke! They have burdened the local community since day one. Refusing to fix property damage to personal and community property during the construction process.
Kevin is very knowledgeable! Great guy!
The whole thing is a joke. The most incompetent builder ever. I wish I could give it a zero or a negative 1
